1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We know waiting is the hardest part! Most orders ship within 1–3 business days, and delivery usually takes 5–10 days depending on your location. Once your order is on the way, you’ll get a tracking number so you can watch it travel to your doorstep.
2. How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number. Just click the link in the email, and you’ll be able to see exactly where your package is. Or go to a menu in our home page and click 'Order Tracking' and paste your tracking number there.
3. Can I change or cancel my order after I place it?
We move fast! If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help, but once it’s on the way, we can’t make changes, but you can return it after delivery.
