Shipping Destinations
Right now we ship to the following countries and regions:
All European countries, USA, UK, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea and Brazil.
Processing & Delivery Time
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Once processed, your order will be shipped, and delivery times generally range between:
- 7-15 business days for most destinations in Europe, the USA, UK, Canada, Mexico, Australia, and New Zealand.
- 10-20 business days for Brazil and Papua New Guinea.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier delays - especially during holidays or high-volume periods.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is free for all orders with a subtotal of 60€ or more (before taxes and after any discounts).
For orders under €60, standard shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please note that shipping rates may vary depending on your location.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country’s authorities.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping Methods
At the moment we only offer standard shipping - we do not offer express or expedited shipping services.
Shipping Address & Duties
Please ensure your shipping address is entered accurately at checkout. Include all necessary details such as apartment number, postal code, and country.
We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incomplete or incorrect addresses. Please double-check your address before submitting your order.
If your order is returned because of an incorrect address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
You can easily track your order using this tracking number on our Order Tracking page, which can be found in the main menu of our store.
Simply enter your tracking number, and you will see the latest status and location of your package.

Delivery Issues
- If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please verify your tracking information first.
If the tracking information has not been updated for several days or shows “delivered” but you have not received the parcel, contact our customer service as soon as possible.We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly. - If you experience any delivery issues, please contact our customer service team immediately.
